Gene is incredibly easy to work with and his kind manner as so helpful to our family. He was aware of all the details and listened with such sensitivity. He really made the funeral as genuine and respectful as you could. Navigating new waters was a little overwhelming and he made it so simple and comfortable. Gean and Jennifer are the absolute best. I have had Gean do every funeral for my family and friends. My mother inlaw had to be brought in from AZ and Gean made it so easy and he had the most beautiful locations to chose from. He had necklaces and keep sakes to help you keep memories of your loved ones, that brought us so much comfort. We chose a location on capital hill and the view was stunning and the building was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Everyone talked about how it was the most beautiful funeral they had ever been to. We didn’t know anything about how to plan a funeral, Gean took the time and walked us through everything and he has great pricing to help you through an unexpected loss. He gives you options and has everything at his parlour. Gean is so professional and he truly cares about his customers and he has such a respect and loving demeanour that everyone sees. I feel like other places take advantage of people during a difficult time but not Gean, he is truly the complete opposite and does way more than he needs to! Everyone asked for his number after my mother in laws funeral and he has continued to help my friends and family. I can’t say enough good about Gean he is honestly the sweetest, honest person and he has made every funeral beautiful and he truly brings so much love and light during a difficult time. He makes it easy and takes care of everything. He will go above and beyond for you and your loved ones. I highly recommend Dalton Hoopes, I will never use anyone else.

My sister passed away and he was so helpful. He has such good recommend for anything you need or has a way to help figure it out. He is the only person I will be going through.

If you want your loved ones cared for with the most love, respect and nurturing hands this is the place! A couple years ago they handled my stepdads funeral and were amazing. Recently my sister passed away and I am just blown away again at just how kind and amazing they are. Gene took care of all the details. He was kind and there with any questions we had.
